The service
DiffHook provides web change monitoring, APIs, and related features as described on our website and documentation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Annual plan holders receive a 30-day renewal reminder. You may cancel at any time in your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to access URLs you are not authorized to monitor, circumvent technical access controls, violate computer access laws, or otherwise misuse the infrastructure. DiffHook respects robots.txt as a matter of policy.
Intellectual property
DiffHook retains all rights in the service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Most disputes must first be raised informally for 30 days, then resolved through binding individual arbitration — not class action — unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
